Youth Empowerment Clinic

A transformative initiative dedicated to providing Afghan youth with essential support, guidance, and opportunities to overcome challenges, unlock their full potential, and pave their path towards a brighter future.

The “Youth Empowerment Clinic,” is the biggest project of The White Assembly, aims to establish a dynamic and supportive academic space where Afghan youth and scholars can engage in knowledge sharing, skill development, and receive comprehensive guidance and resources for their academic pursuits.

This initiative offers Afghan youth and scholars the opportunity to participate as fellows in the prestigious “Bridge Fellowship” program of The White Assembly. Additionally, it brings together participants from all 34 provinces of Afghanistan annually for the National Youth Conference, providing a platform to exchange ideas on vital social, cultural, political, and economic issues shaping the nation. Recognizing the mental challenges faced by the youth in the aftermath of the republic’s collapse, the clinic will also provide comprehensive mental health support through renowned psychologists in Afghanistan.

Furthermore, the project will organize a series of thought-provoking discussions titled “Black and White Discourses,” aimed at promoting the values of a free economy and democratic society through engaging programs in universities. Also, the project will establish the Talent and Mentorship Center which is a transformative hub that offers comprehensive capacity-building programs, mentorship opportunities, and valuable resources to empower Afghan youth in finding meaningful employment, developing professional skills, and advancing their socio-economic prospects in the current challenging landscape of Afghanistan. Our ultimate goal is to empower the youth by fostering an inclusive environment that caters to their physical, mental, and social well-being while providing them with the opportunity to share their ideas with Afghanistan and the global community.

Through the Youth Empowerment Clinic, we aspire to create a transformative space that equips Afghan youth and scholars with the necessary tools, resources, and support to thrive academically, contribute meaningfully to their society, and amplify their voices on critical issues.
