A transformative initiative dedicated to providing Afghan youth with essential support, guidance, and opportunities to overcome challenges, unlock their full potential, and pave their path towards a brighter future. The “Youth Empowerment Clinic,” is the biggest project of The White Assembly, aims to establish a dynamic and supportive academic space where Afghan youth and scholars can engage in knowledge sharing, skill development, and receive comprehensive guidance and resources for their academic pursuits. This initiative offers Afghan youth and scholars the opportunity to participate as fellows in the prestigious “Bridge Fellowship” program of The White Assembly. Additionally, it brings together participants from all 34 provinces of Afghanistan annually for the National Youth Conference, providing a platform to exchange ideas on vital social, cultural, political, and economic issues shaping the nation. Recognizing the mental challenges faced by the youth in the aftermath of the republic’s collapse, the clinic will also provide comprehensive mental health support through renowned psychologists in Afghanistan.Furthermore, the project will organize a series of thought-provoking discussions titled “Black and White Discourses,” aimed at promoting the values of a free economy and democratic society through engaging programs in universities. Also, the project will establish the Talent and Mentorship Center which is a transformative hub that offers comprehensive capacity-building programs, mentorship opportunities, and valuable resources to empower Afghan youth in finding meaningful employment, developing professional skills, and advancing their socio-economic prospects in the current challenging landscape of Afghanistan. Our ultimate goal is to empower the youth by fostering an inclusive environment that caters to their physical, mental, and social well-being while providing them with the opportunity to share their ideas with Afghanistan and the global community.Through the Youth Empowerment Clinic, we aspire to create a transformative space that equips Afghan youth and scholars with the necessary tools, resources, and support to thrive academically, contribute meaningfully to their society, and amplify their voices on critical issues.
Tea & Liberty is one of our biggest initiatives for promoting open dialogue in a more pleasant way. This initiative is more suitable considering the traditions and customs of Afghan people and their willingness for open dialogue. Under our Tea & Liberty program, we will visit coffee shops and restaurants, bring together people from different backgrounds, and teach them free society values through open discussions and socialization in order to promote free and open dialogue on different topics such as peace, tolerance, market economy, human rights and other free society values.
Publishing is another important project of White Assembly. Under this project, White Assembly with the direct help of its national and international donors and supporters publish and distribute books, brochures, posters as well as stickers containing the ideas for a free society and their Islamic as well as legal bases. We are also translating well known and top ranked books as well as academic articles and materials related to and useful for promoting free society values, into the local languages of Afghanistan.
The White Assembly is proud to be on the path of self-confidence towards enlightenment by understanding the sensitive situations of society; Holds “Black and White Discourse" on peace, freedom, Tolerance and Prosperity in different provinces of the country. In Black & White Discourse; university professors, religious scholars, students, and cultural and social activists come together and, in addition to discussing the values of a free society and adapting those values to the teachings of Islam, raise their constructive plans and programs to promote the ideas of peace, freedom, tolerance and provide prosperity on the path to self-confidence towards enlightenment. Our goal in launching this series of discourses is to separate black from white and to teach them how to make their future and the future of Afghanistan whiter and better than now.
